The War, the System, and the Watchers (Richard Dolan)
In this talk, Richard Dolan takes a step back from conventional geopolitical analysis of the current Middle East war and looks at it through a different lens. Drawing on decades of research into UAP activity, he explores a striking pattern: these phenomena tend to appear not randomly, but around the most sensitive nodes of human power—nuclear installations, strategic forces, and critical waterways. What happens when we apply that pattern to a conflict unfolding at one of the most important chokepoints on Earth? This is not just a discussion about war, but about systems. Specifically, how they develop, how they behave under pressure, and whether we truly control the structures we’ve built. And from that perspective, a deeper question emerges: if there is an intelligence observing us, what exactly might it be watching for now?
Author Richard Dolan talking about the fact that UFOs are often spotted over conflict zones and places were important technological events have happened. There's numerous reports of UFOs appearing during atomic bomb tests, over nuclear missile silos, and they were seen over both the Chernobyl and Fukushima disasters. There's reports that this activity occurred both before, during and after these incidents. The Before thing is the most important aspect to consider.
