EU and Zelensky isolated. Russia continues to 'talk' with Trump (TheDuran)

The attrition war in Ukraine continues, but is being overtaken by events in the Middle East. The Russians will likely make greater advances in the summer, and possibly a military breakthrough, although the guys at The Duran think a political settlement is now more probable. Any settlement would involve Ukraine giving up territory, which is still highly unlikely, and so may not happen. Hardliners in Russia will want a complete military victory to avoid fighting the Ukrainians again in the near future.
