Good assessment from Macgregor. The world economy is falling apart thanks to this unnecessary war. Israel has nukes, plus has US backing, so no one will seriously mess with it unless they shoot first, which has led to this destructive tit for tat exchange. And it looks like the unworkable invasion plans are off too. Also, the claims that Condaleezza Rice says (at the start) about IEDs in Iraq, killing US soldiers, is false. The Bush Administration tried to use this as an excuse to attack Iran in 2008, but they always failed to bring any proof of it, and their own defence and intelligence people helped sabotage expanded war plans by releasing a negative report on Iran's nuclear program - where they said it was discontinued in 2003.
