They're screwing us at the petrol pump more than ever...

...but they're still not satisfied, and they're making plans to screw you EVERYWHERE by driving up the cost of living even further.

If they get their way the only driving you'll be doing is up the wall...



While Australians pay tax on their fuel, that's supposed to maintain the roads, mining and agriculture don't use the Government roads (at mine sites or on farms) and therefore don't pay the tax. However, to cover massive increases in Government spending they want these groups to pay the tax. The big problem is taxing agriculture will drive up food prices, and also raise the cost of exported minerals. The excuse will be to save the climate. But with many farms already struggling during periods of drought, this change is likely to be terminal. It's more madness from an out-of-control self serving political class and bureaucracy.
