"Unreasonable & Ultra Vires"! Fed Court of Appeal Declares Invocation of Emergencies Act UNLAWFUL! (Viva Frei)

This is in relation to the draconian crack down on the trucker protests. The big problem with this ruling is that there's no penalty for what they did. At least this is an admission that what they did was unlawful.
