An African phones into a UK radio show saying that Western colonisation would be a good thing in Africa to combat all the corruption!

One footnote about this clip, Sargon pins the dire economic situation in Venezuela, that he uses as an example of out-of-control corruption, on socialist governance, whereas a huge part of their problems stem from the US imposed sanctions. Otherwise the clip here is making a good point - about corrupt leaders in Africa squandering their wealth.
