CHINA DOESN'T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS - US Scientists find Life on Mars! China gets the credit! (Angry Astronaut)

Last year, NASA announced the most compelling evidence yet for the existence of at least past Life on Mars.
This was the culmination of 50 years of work that began with the positive detection of active Martian Life on the Viking mission of 1976.
One mission remains...and that was just canceled.
And now, China is capitalizing.



The video has an excellent explanation covering the almost certain fact that the 1970s Viking missions to Mars detected microbial life in the Martian soil. Samples were taken and put into a mix that would allow microbes to flourish, producing a reaction. To rule out a non biological chemical reaction other samples were heated to kill off microbes before being put into the mix, and nothing happened. Post Viking they should have sent up a microscope but didn't. The reason that China is mentioned in the title is because they struck the previous upload of this video that outlined the evidence of life already being detected in the 70s.
