Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice for records subpoenaed by the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform regarding accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:25-cv-04123 )).
