Spookyweather Editorial comment on the Bondi Shootings

Countries in Europe like Poland or Hungary do not suffer the sorts of terror attacks and societal decay, and unrest, that is impacting other Western countries. They don't have to put up concrete barriers to protect Christmas Markets, and they don't suffer from mass shooting attacks or suffer arson attacks on churches, or increasing levels of street violence.
Such problems, faced in a multitude of Western countries, are a direct result of political decisions that can be changed.

Remember, it is unquestionably true that you simply cannot solve the problems of the rest of the world by inviting everyone in. Where does this charity stop? It simply does not work.

This doesn't mean that one should not help people in other countries, but this can be done by pointing out corruption, the networks that support it, and having our leaders stand against unnecessary wars and oppression, which can be done without getting directly involved.

As things stand the corrupt networks and wars are actually being facilitated our political class with all the recent regime change operations and their support for the extremists doing the work. The suffering, radicalisation and general mess this causes then spills over into once peaceful jurisdictions that we have to deal with.

Pointing out what's really going on in the world is a good first step when it comes to solving these problems. This is the point of posting 'political content' on social media ad nauseum.

Truth and transparency, wherever it leads.
