NATO's Plan to Deploy 800,000 Soldiers Against Russia (Cappy Army)

You’re watching a deep-dive into NATO’s newly revealed OPLAN DEU — the massive 1,200-page logistics blueprint to surge 800,000 troops to Europe’s eastern flank in a major war with Russia. In this video, Chris Cappy breaks down how this plan revives Cold War–era REFORGER, how Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS-2) work, and why Germany, Poland, and the Baltics are rebuilding their infrastructure for a potential large-scale conflict by 2029. We cover Russian reactions, NATO chokepoints, APS sites, Powidz, Rheinmetall field camps, and the new 2,000-mile European defensive line.

The militaries of most European countries today are in a shambles. They have very few soldiers, often only enough for a few combat-effective brigades, and a lot of unserviceable equipment. This 800,000 soldier surge is a pipe dream. The Russians at this stage, with their war fighting experience, would chew them up.
