Implicit in what's happening is that people do not have a right to enter another country at will, certainly not the targeted technocrats. Sargon points out that he was banned from coming into Australia recently because he was seen as 'far right'. So you can stop people coming in based on character grounds. The clip points out that many supporting the travel restrictions want the US to go further. The comments section at You Tube is filled with Europeans who are very unhappy about being ruled by dissent crushing, open borders bureaucrats. Things are headed off a cliff in Europe. It's only a matter of time. Fixing the mess, at this stage, to stop things going off the cliff, will likely be ugly too.
