Without giving up land, accepting neutrality and demilitarisation there can be no peace. Corrupt European leaders are supporting this bankrupt position that perpetuates the fighting. Everything could be stopped if the US walked away, but there's still the strong influence of the neocons that simply do not care how many Ukrainians die before the war is ended (through military action). 

The clip ends with a look at the situation in Venezuela. The drug problem in the US is best solved in the US with border control and police action, not attacking countries that have almost no involvement compared to Mexico or Columbia.
