Donald Trump’s sudden flip-flop to support releasing the Epstein files is clearly a strategic maneuver, althought it’s also likely he plans to use legal exemptions—like grand jury rules, executive privilege, and DOJ discretion—to heavily redact or block the documents regardless of how Congress votes.

Jimmy shares journalist Adam Cochran’s analysis that Trump’s phrasing about releasing only what Congress is “legally entitled to” signals an intention to withhold key evidence, names, photos, and investigative materials. This situation represents yet another example of political theater in which Congress appears to act while the Department of Justice ultimately controls what becomes public.

Jimmy concludes by predicting that the public will again be disappointed, and comparing the situation to Charlie Brown trying to kick a football while Trump positions himself as Lucy, pulling the ball away at the last second.



Jimmy's take on this is probably correct. There's still protection being afforded a lot of powerful people. However, a huge spotlight is now on this issue, of a blackmailing operation, that the alt media will NEVER let go. The corruption is transparent now. It's a first step.
