The clip lays out the 28 point peace plan. It should be unacceptable for the Russians since it does not demilitarise Ukraine or remove the present Government. It does nothing to resolve the present fundamental problems. If a truce happens European countries will likely send in peacekeepers, independent of NATO, which is a defacto NATO occupation.
