The Russians won't accept any peace terms that will lead to a resumption in hostilities in the near future. This means that the present Ukrainian Government needs to go and that the country must be demilitarised. If the Russians accept anything less then the neocons and neo-Nazi extremists will simply restart the war after they rebuild the army.
