The Critical Time has Come. What Will 3I/ATLAS Do on October 29th? (Stefan Burns)

Interstellar Object 3I/ATLAS is just a couple days away from performing its perihelion with the Sun, and while the latest observations indicate it is still maintaining its expected trajectory, if 3I/ATLAS was aliens or advance technology, where would they go if they decided to stick around in the Solar System? Would they invade Earth? Thinking bigger picture, that's in fact probably the least likely location they'd go, instead Jupiter and its many Moons abundant in critical resources provides the perfect place to establish a new interplanetary colony. Geophysicist Stefan Burns provides the latest updates on 3I/ATLAS and explains why colonizing JUPITER is the ultimate checkmate move of a colonizing interstellar alien force.



A good video when it comes to discussing course corrections for this object, but the presenter talks excessively in terms of liquid fuelled rockets and overcoming gravitational fields, which is not something a high tech civilisation should have to worry about.
