The first part of this clip deals with political forces in France turning strongly against Macron, who is unlikely to resign unless blackmail files are used against him. The big problem is that the blackmail files tend to be held by the corrupt intelligence agencies in partnership with the globalists, and Macron is a globalist puppet.

If Macron leaves/is removed continued French military involvement in Ukraine will most likely end.

The wider economic problems in Europe, touched upon in the clip, centre around economic and social decline based on high energy costs, their support for the war in Ukraine and mass migration (the last point being omitted by Alexander in this video).
