Is the US Preparing to INVADE Venezuela? (History Legends)

The United States and Venezuela are closer than ever to war. Large US military buildup in the Caribbean after Trump's administration designated Venezuela's leader Maduro and the "cartel of the suns" as enemy number 1. Officially the reason is a counternarcotics operation, but is this the pretext for an all-out invasion?

The US is looking for an excuse to upend the Government, and likely get its hands on Venezuelan oil. Aside from taking on the drug trade Venezuela has been making aggressive moves towards neighbouring country Guyana, which may fuel justifications for an attack. The big issue is that other countries, like Columbia and Mexico, more directly impact the US with narcotics, and yet are not scheduled to be attacked.
