We Can Just Stop Immigration (Sargon)

We've been told that over population is bad for the world while, at the same time, we are also told we need replacement migration to make up for low birth rates. Countries have survived in the past when populations have declined. It's not the end of the world. You can also give incentives for native populations to have more children, as opposed to importing foreigners.
