You're allowed to notice that Dan Andrews is showing up in places he doesn't belong.

You're allowed to notice that Dan Andrews is doing business with the exact people he spent taxpayers money to meet with.

You're allowed to notice the who, what, when, where, and why... and you're allowed to ask whether this has the appearance of corruption.



Dan Andrews signed up his State to be part of China's Belt and Road initiative until it was stopped by the Federal Government. Andrews and others seem to be feathering their own nests with their relationship to the Chinese, which may go back to when they were socialists/communists during their younger years.
