Simply existing in a heterosexual relationship, especially a Western European one, is seen as a threat to the brainwashed left. Anything outside of the West is seen as good, whereas Westerners are generally seen as bigoted fascists, with white males seen as the great oppressors. Getting through to people that have bought into this destructive nonsense is difficult. They're currently celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk, while, as Sargon points out, they are also calling for the end to the Israeli attacks on Gaza that are killing people who have a harder right leaning view on society than Kirk did. If the left held the Palestinians to the same standard as Kirk they'd call them transphobic and homophobic and would cheer these deaths. These people are walking contradictions and are a danger to society. They need deprogramming if that is possible.

For anyone thinking "Oh no the right is into cancel culture" needs to remember the past 15 years where we were being fired and cancelled from friends groups/families for OPINIONS that were normal until Obama got elected.
We were being cancelled for worrying about the future of our nations, they are being cancelled for being psychopaths celebrating the death of a moderate right winger.
