The Most Important Free Speech Case Of Our Generation! (Jimmy Dore)

A federal jury in Tampa acquitted three members of the Uhuru Movement—known as the “Uhuru 3”—of being agents of the Russian government but convicted them on the lesser charge of conspiring to act as agents without notifying the attorney general. Despite the conviction carrying up to five years in prison, the judge ultimately sentenced them to probation and community service, acknowledging their actions were protected political speech.

Nevertheless, as Uhuru Movement members Akilé Anai and Jesse Nevel tell Jimmy, they plan to appeal the convictions, and in the process hope to set a precedent defending the free speech of dissidents in the United States while challengign the constitutionality of using foreign agent statutes to criminalize speech
.

This case is all about free speech. Even if you don't agree with what people are saying they have a right to be heard, and not charged with bogus crimes.
