Racial Tensions Flare After Brutal Cincinnati Group Beating Caught on Video (Viva Frei)

A violent group assault occurred in downtown Cincinnati around 3 a.m. on July 26, involving a predominantly Black crowd attacking a white couple. Video footage of the incident shows multiple individuals surrounding and striking the victims, rendering at least one unconscious. Despite identifying five suspects, Cincinnati Police have not made any arrests as of the latest update. City officials, including Police Chief Teresa Theetge and Pastor Ennis Tait, attributed the violence to social media’s role in attracting large, unsupervised gatherings. The incident has sparked public concern over media coverage disparities and city leadership's handling of the attack.
