African Time Explained by an African (Sargon)

"Long past, vibrant present, and virtually no future." Only present events really mean anything. They create time in their view. This is not a good way to build a civilisation. In areas were there are no real seasons you could get away with this sort of thinking, but in Europe, where there are harsh winters, this mindset is fatal.
