Alligator Alcatraz OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Inhumane Injustice, or LAW AND ORDER! Viva Frei Vlawg

The prison is built to discourage anyone from coming into the country illegally. It could be anywhere, but what's important is the symbolism and psychological impact. Anyone can understand that ending up in such a location, surrounded by Alligators, is not somewhere you would want to end up.
