Victoria Police lost... but they're trying to have the last laugh. Topher Project Nick Patterson

The courts agreed that Victoria Police falsified evidence and made false accusations against Nick and his friends... and yet Nick has been left to pick up the tab despite the case against him having been dismissed in full and ALL the charges dropped.

How is this justice? And how is Nick carrying on the fight despite their desperate tactics?



Nick is appealing a decision made by a judge that ruled he won't be awarded costs despite the fact he won the case. If he wins other parties successfully taking on the cops, primarily over wrongful arrests, will have their legal expenses covered.
