Putin Threatens To Call Off Ukraine Talks, Upgrade SMO; Trump Seeks Moscow Restraint, Help With Iran (Alexander Mercouris)

Putin is calling Ukraine a terrorist state for their attacks on civilians inside Russia. He called the regime in Kiev a terrorist organisation closely supported by Western countries. He's threatening to call off peace talks and escalate the level of fighting to an anti-terrorist operation which would mean targeting the Ukrainian leadership. This means the Russians will hunt down and kill all those in command positions including Zelensky himself. 

Alexander also points out that the drone attack on Russian airbases only destroyed a handful of aircraft, not the 40 claimed by Ukraine. 

When it comes to Iran, both the US and Russia don't want Tehran to acquire nuclear weapons - likely because they know the Israelis would engage in a 'first strike' attack if they did so.
