The big problem is that we are already living in a globalist dictatorship that is made up of organised crime (the corpocracy), the MIC, and the intelligence agencies. In such a situation the prospect of being murdered is always present for those wanting to reform the system or expose corruption. The Deep State can stall when it comes to releasing information, but behind this are corrupted individuals and also the threat of extreme violence.   

There are two ways around this lack of transparency - the leaking of all relevant material or a military coup.
