To overcome this gatekeeping, perpetrated by establishment insiders and the intelligence agencies, a military takeover of key institutions is likely needed, along with mass detentions. You can't possibly repair this existing system because it's infested with so many people that are either controlled or easily threatened. what you need to do is kick the doors in, scoop up the evidence of corruption, and simply air it for all the public to see.
