US-Iran talks, Russia Positioned to be Guarantor (The Duran)

The Russians are set take control of Iranian enriched nuclear material, and if the US reneges on the deal, will hand it back to Iran.

A deal is nearly in place.

What's holding this back are the neocons that want regime change in Iran, and are adding odious conditions to the negotiations in order to stir up conflict.
