PUTIN; U.S. Must Address Root Causes (TheDuran)

The Russians have pointed out that the Ukrainians have violated every past ceasefire and one initiated at this time will only help Ukraine. This is unacceptable to the Russians. What Russia wants is a deal based on the Istanbul Plus negotiations. Arms supplies and the mobilisation of Ukrainians must end, territory must be given up, demilitarisation is necessary, and Ukrainian neutrality are the things that are needed to end the fighting.
