International Banking Cartel: The Head of the Snake Is the BIS in Basel, Switzerland.(maneco64)

The BIS is above the law, and above oversight, and can conjure money at will for any reason. Their cartel members play both sides when it comes to conflict, via support for drug cartels or 'the enemy side', with no repercussions. Mario, in this clip, thinks the US should leave the BIS umbrella if Trump is serious about going independent from globalist/corrupt institutions.
