Activist D.C. Judge Blocks Trump’s Alien Enemies Act Move to Deport Criminal Venezuelan Gang Members (Viva Frei)

These activist judges need to go. The law is written to be enacted in times of war or invasion. The latter situation is pretty close to the mark. Those being deported are certainly NOT part of the US citizenry, and should have no rights when it comes to staying illegally in the country.
