California Fires: Natural Disaster or CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE! Incompetence to ARSON! Viva Frei Clip

It looks like a LOT of people are lighting fires all over California. The place has fallen apart socially, so this is not surprising. Also, the State is massively inept such that they cannot stop what's happening, in terms of fighting the fires.
