The idea of a European 'peace-keeping' force is farcical. The Europeans are co-belligerents in the conflict. They are clearly hostile forces. Russia has warned before that any direct aid put onto Ukrainian soil will be targeted. The war will only end on Russian terms. They know that any ceasefire will be used to rearm Ukraine, with the country flooded with personnel and equipment such as we saw happen in Syria.
