Drones? UFOs? What's flying over the UK Bases? (Richard Dolan)

Over the past several weeks, "drones" have been sighted over at least four military bases in the United Kingdom. This involves U.S. personnel and potentially nuclear weapons, making it especially serious. It's premature to call these UFOs, but they are unknown, they haven't been identified, and they have demonstrated the repeated ability to penetrate sensitive airspace. Moreover, there's a history of this sort of thing going back to long before we had unmanned aerial vehicles. So what are they?
