Australia risks becoming the next Argentina (Leithvo)

This weekend's Treasury of Common Sense on Radio 2GB dissected the drivers of Australia's structural economic decay.

Good points raised about the Australian economy, that energy costs are too high, that businesses and industry struggle here, or shut down, and that there's not enough infrastructure and housing to support the influx of people. Are we heading towards an situation like Argentina? The big danger is a currency devaluation in future years, depending on the debt levels. Weak countries tend to be targeted by international finance in order to make a quick buck. One answer is to support anti globalist minor parties that will do something about high energy prices (restoring coal baseload power rapidly) and cut back immigration. You can vote to avoid a future calamity, or just go along for the ride.
