Iran Absorbs Strike, Limits Harm, Offers Off-Ramp; Ukr South Donbass Disaster; Rus Advances, Ukr Troops Flee (Alexander Mercouris)

The off-ramp is that Iran considers the Israeli strikes to be minor, and that they've already made their point about their ability to hit Israel with long range missiles - but nothing has really changed. More attacks are inevitable. How things unfold depends largely on whether Israel pushes with its attacks into Gaza and Lebanon. If they continue, exchanges of fire involving Iran will occur. Long term peace will only happen via a Palestinian State, or if one side wipes out the other. Russia is now central to back channel communications between Iran and Israel.

Meanwhile, China and India are in talks about the status of their mutual border. 

In regard to BRICS, Turkey is looking to join along with ASEAN countries, plus major African and South American nations. The rest of the world is shaping its own future. 

The war in Ukraine continues with rapid Russian advances now.
