Will the Israelis launch a ground invasion of Lebanon? The US might be waiting for such an attack before aiding the Israelis because such an attack will invite a massive missile attack by Hezbollah (and their allies). Meanwhile the population/military of Jordan and Egypt may step in to aid the Palestinians at some point in order to prevent the Israelis from pushing them out of Gaza and the West Bank.
When it comes to Ukraine, the US and other countries are simply trying to sustain the war but they are struggling to keep up with Ukrainian losses. MacGregor believes that European countries are now ready to step away from this conflict, and that NATO is on its last legs. The major danger to the world is coming from events in the Middle East.
