West Exhausted, Ukraine Losing, NATO Refuses Peace (TheDuran)

Western military production is declining, while the Ukrainian Army is being driven back and wiped out. However, if any peace deal is made with Russia it must involve a complete surrender otherwise the West will gear things up for further fighting in the future. Russian terms must be for a complete surrender and for a neutral and disarmed Ukrainian State.
