No one voted for mass migration and the balkanisation, plus the conflict, it has generated. The globalists want the public to shut up and become impoverished slaves. This is unlikely to happen.
What may be happening is a set up with the West facing off against the Islamic world, which is something some of the globalists favour. A full scale war of this type would kill off large numbers of people which is one of the globalist goals - the mRNA jabs are already doing a fair amount of work in this area.
