Monica Smit vs the Victoria Police: Trial update - Day no.8

The police, who are being charged with falsely arresting Smit during the Melbourne Covid protests, are not doing themselves any favours when it comes to justifying her arrests. They're provided no clear grounds for the arrests going from these update clips. If the judge sees they had no grounds, and considers that the BLM protesters were not treated in the same way, then Smit should win the case.
