Progressives inside the Democratic Party are beside themselves with joy at Kamala Harris’ selection of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, touting his left wing bona fides in passing free school lunches, support for the LGBT community, etc. But one area where Walz agrees with the most conservative elements of the Democratic Party — as well as Republicans — is in his devotion to war and feeding the military-industrial complex.
