Trump’s Classified Documents Case THROWN OUT! (Jimmy Dore)

The Trump classified documents case in Florida has been thrown out by Judge Aileen Cannon, who determined that the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith was unconstitutional. Smith was not approved by the Senate, which the Constitution requires, and that’s the reasoning Cannon used to dismiss the case.

Jimmy discusses the mental gymnastics liberals like Keith Olbermann engage in to insist this legal process somehow undermines the rule of law.



Aside from this technicality, the entire case is bogus. We know the FBI is corrupt and likely planted evidence. They certainly tampered with the evidence. Nevertheless Trump is allowed to retain documents and declassify them as President, the same as any other President.

Dore points out that many liberals are up in arms about this decision, saying that there is no rule of law, but what they want is for the law to only apply to someone like Trump, and not to someone like Hillary Clinton who had thousands of classified documents and was not prosecuted. Many US liberals seem to have the character of someone that is morally vacuous or mentally ill.
