Trump Has IMMUNITY Says Supreme Court & Won’t Face Prosecution! (Jimmy Dore)

The Supreme Court has overruled a lower court in the matter of former President Donald Trump’s immunity case, determining that a president is immune from prosecution for official acts, but not necessarily immune from criminal acts outside the official purview of the office. Special Prosecutor Jack Smith’s case against Trump will now return to a lower court for review based on this new Supreme Court precedent.
