Rus Encircle Chasov Yar, Repels Kharkov attacks; Zelensky Angers China; Saudi Pulls Out Swiss [Peace] Summit (Alexander Mercouris)

The video opens with Zelensky's trip to the Philippines that's angered China. While the present leaders in Kiev and their backers in the West are at fault for the fighting in Ukraine the Chinese are at not doing themselves any favours in the area of the South China Sea. The Chinese Government essentially acts as if the entire sea, and the islands within, including territory close to the Philippines, are China's to control. This has caused countries close to China to be in opposition to the leadership in Beijing. 

So in the South China Sea it is the Chinese that are at fault for their actions. In Ukraine the fault is with the Ukrainian Government following the US backed coup of 2014. 

In the war against Russia the Russians are making further gains against continuing resistance of the Ukrainian side that is now committing reserve forces to the fight.  Outside of the West most countries are on Russia's side, at least on a political level. The Saudis and China, plus other countries, are not willing to participate in the Swiss Peace summit.
