Court rules Victoria Police evidence INADMISSIBLE, in a significant victory for Melbourne’s Nick Patterson as prosecution drops its case. Nick now plans to SUE the cops for unlawful arrest.
Nick and other protesters in Melbourne Australia were essentially attacked by police, during a lockdown protest, after they had complied with their (police) orders and were moving out of the area. The police account of what happened did not match their bodycam footage and the judge basically ruled that whatever the police had to say on the matter was inadmissible as evidence.
