Infected blood report
The authorities made statements about infected blood that were not true. They deliberately hid information about HIV and Hepatitis infected blood, they did not tell patients they were infected, treated people unnecessarily with blood transfusions, treated people without informed consent, etc etc. Their actions were reckless while patients were falsely assured that everything was okay. There are parallels to what happened back in the 70s and 80s to what has gone on today with the experimental Covid injections.
