Replacement migration is a fact, along with replacement culture. Policies are now in effect that has made native Europeans second class citizens in their own countries. The outcome in the West will likely be civil war.
Low birthrates in the West, or in China, can be reversed by policies that promote families (such as used in Hungary) rather than migration. Countries with low birthrates won't fall into ruin. They'll simply reduce in size. This is not a big deal. Cities can reduce in size without much problem.
