Why FIGHTER PILOTS are not GOING BACK to the RAF! (Fast Jet Performance)

Personal opinion on why the RAF is going to struggle to recruit and retain fast jet instructors.



The UK military has gone woke. Having diversity quotas means they did not hire on merit, and for a top performance job (fighter pilot) this simply does not work. The military promoted the wrong people and implemented the wrong policies. The clip also points out that pilots are underpaid and the conditions aren't very good.
